From brisket that falls apart at the mere suggestion of a fork to carne guisada that tastes like your abuela made it, Oscar does it all.
He caters weddings, parties, backyard cookouts, and corporate events. If he can cook it on the rig, he will, and he almost always can. Next week he might be in Little Elm. The week after, Brady, Texas. The coast. East Texas. Wherever the smoke takes him.
